Here we carried out a complete renovation from top to bottom. We removed the roof and carried out some repair work to rafters and replaced the felt with new breathable felt. We then stripped the whole property back to bare walls ready for new plasterwork and stripped all doors and second fix items away. A new boiler and central heating system was fitted in a new location and a complete rewire and consumer unit replacement was carried out. All windows and doors were replaced including a lovely composite front door and sliding patio doors. The seperate bathroom and toilet was knocked into one and the whole property was plastered. We fitted a new kitchen and low maintenance bathroom with all the top quality fittings including a digital mixer and tapeless bath with exafill. New doors and second fix carpentry was fitted throughout. New lvt flooring went in next and the property was decorated throughout. Lastly carpets were fitted and we made our way outside to replace all facias, soffits and guttering.
