We turned this damp basement into a lovely new movie room. It was very damp so we started by tanking out the walls and floor. we boarded out the walls and plastered them. A floating floor was then fitted and covered with lvt flooring. The staircase was remodeled and new concrete steps were poured and covered in oak. We formed a new balustrade above and then decorated throughout. A bespoke storage area was then designed and installed to shut off the heating cylinder and give the client some new storage space.
